Patrick Francone is a web designer and developer who is constantly upgrading his skills and trying new things. He is not afraid to learn new skills and techniques in order to ensure that your project is exactly as you imagined it, and maybe even better.

What is the meaning of the name, Francone Dev+Des? Dev is shortform for web development, which is the process of programming a web application or entire website. I develop mainly in PHP, which is the most robust and most flexible development language in use today. It originally stood for Personal Home Page back when it was invented in 1994, its initials are now actually considered to be recursive initialism as it stands for "PHP Hypertext Preprocessor". PHP allows for your dynamic websites, such as news websites, blogs, updating photos or text and much more. For example, when you use Facebook and write a comment on a friend's update, that is PHP. Also when you write a blog post and click 'update', that is PHP at work too. The more work I do here, the easier it is for you and your customers to use your website.

As for design, I am quite experienced and talented with Adobe suites CS4. Photoshop and Illustrator are my two most favourite programs and where I have done the majority of my work. personally I prefer to focus on development over design (although I am pretty good at both).

To make sure that your site will run for years to come, every webpage is tested to be standards compliant in html, css and all other ways that will make your website of the highest quality and rank best in major search engines.
